Contractor: Turner Construction Company.
Site visit in collaboration with project construction manager and write report on ongoing construction project including but not limited to the following phases.
• Study and report phase: write report on project description, the need of the project, development of economic study, prepare cost and benefit analysis and approval of conceptual design.
• Design Phase: Prepare request for proposal (RFP), response to RFP, Cost estimate of Design and construction Phase and Project schedule.
• Bidding phase: Prepare advertisement for Bid to bidders.
