• Utilizing Primavera P6 prepared, controlled and communicated the project schedule for several overlapping design-build USACE projects. The contractor for one of these projects was recognized as the “Best Contractor of the Year 2011” by USACE. Responsibilities for these projects included: developing and cost-loading the baseline schedule using the project documents and in collaboration with the construction teams, progressing the schedule, controlling cost and time, preparing the execution schedule for the project teams, preparing schedule narratives, analyzing the critical path, time & cost impact analysis due to change orders, performing earned value analysis, and training the project staff
• Developed multiple schedules (using Primavera P6) during the bidding phase
• Assisted the clients’ project team with processing change orders and RFIs on multiple design-build projects
• Assisted in the development and the update of project management plans
• Successfully managed the proposal development process for several vertical and horizontal projects; the wining of the projects enabled the clients to gain first-hand experience with the USACE
