Description:
Assisted Axion Biosystems with the development of a neuroprosthetic device for paralysis treatment by designing and performing experiments that assessed key aspects of the neuroprosthetic's design in order to assess device viability and guide changes to improve functionality.
Accomplishments:
Alterations that I made to the design of the device: are still in use, greatly reduced the rate of device failure, and improved overall functionality.

Conceptualized, developed, prototyped, and tested a gravity-fed pneumatic endoscopic pump for World of Medicine that culminated in a pitched demonstration at the Georgia Institute of Technology's annual Design Expo.

World of Medicine plans to use our design concept as the basis for the development of a new product.
