Manage the launch of an ongoing program (Survivor Locator Beacon; SLB2000), managing the overall planning of the program from initial pick-up of the current project to the end of the life cycle. To including but not limited to meeting and exceeding cost and schedule requirements. Implement project management processes to initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control, and close the project. Interact/report to stakeholders/senior management on the progress of the project. Interprets customer requirements for deliverables and develop/implement a Project Management Plan to fulfill customer contacts. Prepare work breakdown structure, budgets, plans, and schedules for projets. Coordinate with production to support customer service on warranty issues. Prepare management proposals that respond to customer requests. Manages multiple work units within a given departments as a senior-level professional individual/contributor.

Selected Accomplishments:
 Completed and delivered (meeting all delivery dates) the Technical Data Package (TDP) pertaining to the USAF contract for evaluation/testing of the Survivor Locator Beacon; SLB-2000-100A and commercial contracts awarded to the MT&L Program.
 Developed and managed the scheduling and technical documentations to support the anticipated contract award from the USAF for a production roll out of 4000 SLB-2000-100A units. Technical documentation consists of but not limited to Reliability and Maintainability Analysis, System Architecture, Manufactures Work Instructions, and associated Production Test Procedures (i.e. First Article Testing)
 Managed procurement quotes assigned to subcontractor and vendors supporting the production roll out of 4000 units of the SLB-2000-100A beacon.

Lead the development of electrical/avionics design for modifications pertaining to the fleet of CASA 212, Eurocoprter SA330, Bell 412 and Bombardier DCH-8 aircraft according to individual Statement’s of Work (SOW). Manage and initiate in Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews (PDR/CDR) insuring design specifications and customer requirements are attained. Lead problem resolutions regarding systems integration and testing during the modification process. Implement Perform Integrate Change Control to redline documentation with resolutions to design/testing issues. Develop the electrical/avionics portion of the Technical Data Package (TDP) in supporting the Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) as relating to CASA 212-200 and -300, Bombardier DHC-8 fixed wing aircraft, and the Eurocopter SA330, Bell 412 rotary wing aircraft modifications.

Selected Accomplishments:
 Completed Technical Data Package (TDP) packages pertaining to the Flexcomm (RT-5000/CD-5000) & Collins VHF-22C Communication System, TDR-94 Mode S Transponder, CTL-62 ADF Control Unit, NAT-301 ICS System, VHF Navigation System,, GPS Navigation System and 60 Hz Inverter System integrated into the CASA 212-200 and -300, Bombardier DHC-8 fixed wing aircraft, and the Bell 412, Eurocopter SA330 rotary wing aircraft.
 Developed/wrote Engineering Orders and Ground/Flight Test procedures utilized in the Supplemental Type Certificate of the CASA 212-200 and -300, Bombardier DHC-8, Bell 412, and Eurocopter SA330, for modification of aircraft on/before scheduled delivery date. Impacting return to service for aircraft, thereby increasing corporate revenue stream.
 Developed/wrote the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA’s) for the associated LRU’s implemented in the modification of the CASA 212-200 and -300, Bombardier DHC-8, Bell 412, and Eurocopter SA330 aircraft.
 Developed the Electrical Load Analysis (ELA) of 28 VDC and 115 VAC 3 phase for the modification of the CASA 212-200 and -300, Bombardier DHC-8 fixed wing aircraft, and the Bell 412, Eurocopter SA330 rotary wing aircraft.
 Developed corporate redline procedure regarding engineering documents/drawings to be implemented during aircraft modifications.
 Provided avionics/electrical support relating to the off site systems modification (on site assistance in Oklahoma City) aboard the Bombardier DCH-8 aircraft.
