Field Service Engineer I - Philips Healthcare, St. Louis, MO June 2011 - January 2015
• Provided technical expertise to healthcare customers ranging from troubleshooting, service repair, preventative maintenance, and installation. Achieved 98% customer satisfaction from post-service surveys. 100% preventative maintenance and field modification compliance. Primary Engineer on 68 X-ray Imagining Systems and Advanced Molecular Imaging Cameras.
• As Parts Cycle Compliance Champion, created weekly Excel reports and follow-ups to reduce the amount of time a part is in the field. While champion, the St. Louis region achieved the lowest part cycle time in the Midwest Zone. Reduction of parts lead to a truer value for region expenses.
• Installed 12 medical imaging systems that required a PACS connections. The installs required working side by side with hospital PACS technicians to ensure that the systems matched the hospital network. Frequently handled service calls requiring reloads of AE titles because of changes within the hospital network.
• Successfully installed 9 new medical imaging cameras on to the remote service network which allowed Philips remote national specialist to monitor and gather information on systems and provide additional support to ensure customer issues were resolved in a timely manner.

• Manage and produce all designs on the portable CNC used for puzzles in the Room Escape.
• Assisted Master Builder in construction of multiple wooden puzzles; examples: hidden chess board maze, shinning light stand, and jigsaw anagram board.
• Observed and controlled rooms during Room Escape shows. Duties included monitoring customer ability and progress, providing real time assistance to confused customers, and perform pre and post show orientation. Contributed to participant increase from 90 to over 400.
