As a engineer and entrepreneur, my analytical and business development experience includes leadership, business strategy and organization of technical management teams including Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) companies for Waste to Energy projects. My operational experience includes marketing, fundraising, hiring and budgeting for implementing innovative technologies including gas-to-liquid (GTL).


Energy

2011-Current President Hydrocore, Inc. Waste to Energy

Serves as President and Chief Development Officer of Hydrocore, Inc. with plans to develop, operate and market plasma gasification facilities using proprietary technology to process organic and inorganic solids, gases and liquids into clean energy products and industrial commodities. The next important step in the commercialization of the Hydrocore process is the development of a hub for waste disposal and resource recovery, which will be implemented through the $ 186MM Misty Mountain Resource Recovery (“MMRR”) project that is permitted and will be located near Knoxville, TN.

Accomplishments:
• Strategic planning, fundraising, financial modeling and executive management of 25 team members
• License innovative plasma gasification and Gas to Liquid (GTL) technologies.
• Negotiate off-take agreement with Pilot Travel Centers to purchase the 16MM gallons per year of diesel fuel produced from synthesis gas for the next 10 years.
• Hire Investment bankers to issue $121MM in private bonds and
• Write application for Department of Energy for a $121MM Loan Guaranty plus
• Private placement for additional $65MM Equity Capital to support our
• Technical Management Team of engineers, bankers and EPC contractors to build a bio-refinery
• Zero Waste to Landfill solution for municipalities and Fortune 500 companies.
