ARCADIS U.S., Inc. Geology Specialist 2012-Present

• Assisted managers and clients as an engineer and hydrogeologist for over 25 sites and 20 industries ranging from Oil & Gas, Railroad, U.S. Government, Manufacturing, and Natural Resources.
• Supported ARCADIS with over 2,100 billable hours recorded in both 2013 and 2014; and on track to record over 2,200 billable hours in 2015.
• Acted as field lead/support for over 75 events: projects completed within budget and on time; and recognition of work through spot bonuses and commendations.
• Served support role for O&M of 2 air stripper treatment systems that utilize SCADA and PLC controls and 1 DNAPL recovery systems. System downtimes are less than 5% annually, over a 1,000 pounds of CVOCs were treated, and over 2,000 gallons of DNAPL recovered.
• Collaborated with senior engineers to upgrade an air stripper treatment system. Responsibilities included completing PFDs, PIDs, electrical diagrams, work plan, and RFP
• Participated in document preparation for over 50 reports, these include: Periodic Groundwater Monitoring; Corrective Action Effectiveness Reports; Groundwater Use Reports; Temporary Authorization Requests; Work Plans; Request for Proposals; NPDES Permitting; ACPSA Permit Renewal; Well Installation Work Plan; and Budgets.
• Acted as field lead for 4 groundwater investigations. Successful delineation of contaminants was achieved.
• Assisted with emergency response for a train derailment. Project included a week of oversight for over 20 contractors to recover diesel product and monitor pH.
• Attention to safety by keeping reportable injuries/equipment loss to 0 since working at ARCADIS. Obtained an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician Certification to insure accident prevention and preparedness.
• Continual education through over 30 ARCADIS educational webinars; selected and completed ARCADIS Technical Excellence in Remediation.

Clemson University Teachers Assistant/Research Assistant 2010-2012
