Experience
Mr. L has more than 30 years of civil engineering experience, including nineteen years as Director of Engineering for The Arpen Group and Engineering Technology both Los Angeles consulting firms and ten years as CEO of his own firm which provided engineering and surveying services in Southern California. He has personally commanded staffs of engineering personnel as large as 100 while serving as Director of Engineering. His project planning experience includes the creation of numerous infrastructure master plans for several cities in Southern California, the development of recreational golf course communities, residential subdivisions, industrial and commercial projects and the infrastructure associated with each project. He served as chairman of a redevelopment committee for the South San Bernardino General Plan revisions, and as adviser to the San Bernardino County Planning Department on the development of its low-cost housing ordinance. He was appointed to the State of California Committee of Small Business by his local State Senator and Assemblyman.

Currently he is involved in the development of the Solar-Hydrogen solution for 24 hr. power from renewable energy sources, a patented process that he co-owns. He currently is under contract to design a number of solar power plants in Mexico and a solar-hydrogen plant in Kenya.

Themed Park, Movie Studios, Performing Arts College, and Hotels - Mixed Use and Transportation Study (450 Acres) – Connecticut
Mr. L was responsible for creating and managing the team of Architects and Engineers for the development of this project. He was also instrumental in rewriting the existing City General Plan and Zoning Code for approval of the project. He also participated in helping the State Legislature of Connecticut prepare legislature giving the movie industry in that state the largest tax incentives in the country.

Cascades Golf Course Community & Business Park
of Water and Power, Southern California Edison, Metropolitan Water District, Department of Fish and Game, The 600 acres were developed with 2 million square feet of light manufacturing and commercial, 750 residential units intertwined in an 18 hole golf course in Los Angeles, CA,. The project required extensive mass grading, phasing of multiple Tract Maps, coordinating work with City of Los Angeles, Department Corps of Engineers and Caltrans.

Skirball Cultural Center

Mr. Lansing was Chief Engineer for the project while Director of Engineering for Engineering Technology in Los Angeles. The 80 acre site consists of 300 thousand square feet of museum, cultural center, and entertainment facilities. The project is supported on an existing unconsolidated land fill by several hundred caissons some as deep as 100 feet. Buildings are all cast in place concrete.
