Senior Gas Plant Operations Specialist

• Supported operational assurance from front end engineering design (FEED) to construction of a multinational $500 million project to install Joules-Thomson liquid recovery and increase production 400 MMSCFD of a 1.23 BSCFD natural gas facility.
• Developed and modified approximately 15 Process and Equipment Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and more than 30 ESIP (Equipment Specific Isolation Procedure) including plant shutdown and start-up for cleaning up TEG regeneration units. Applied Lean 6 Sigma, 7 types of waste, 5s, FMEA and VSM expertise while developing SOPs.
• Performed Incident Investigation, RCA, 5-why, PSSR, ORR, Safety in Design Review and HAZOP.
• Played the role Management of Change (MOC) Coordinator, processed more than 40 MOC related projects.
• Executed the revising and standardizing of more than 35 Piping & Instrument Diagrams (P&ID) and 2 Cause & Effect (C&E) Diagrams. Addressed more than 30 discrepancies between field and published P&ID.
