• Collaborated with ITRON Inc. to improve the existing packing process at the CENTRON 1 Packing Station
• Resolved ergonomic issues by redesigning and standardizing the packing process. The end product survey showed higher operator satisfaction and the design satisfied lower REBA score requirements
• Our team won the competition for providing the most cost effective design solution; the final design was selected for implementation at ITRON Inc.
System Design Spring 2013
Client: Parking and Transportation Services, Clemson University Clemson, SC
• Conducted surveys, interviews and used other IE tools to determine customer needs
• Worked with the clients to redesign the parking website to make it more informative; the final prototype was selected for implementation
• Created a parking information brochure for visitors
