AISC Steel Bridge Competition 2014 - 2015
•Designed a steel bridge to compete at the 2015 ASCE Carolina’s Conference as a part of the UNCC steel bridge team. Process included 3D modeling in SAP2000, optimization of design to account for monetary and weight limitations, fabrication of bridge, and competition. Our final design earned second place at the regional competition and qualified our team for the national competition for the first time in a decade.
