EXPERIENCE

Bree Aldridge Lab, Tufts University
Graduate Student, Technician (October 2013-present)
Performed live-cell microscopy experiments that combined imaging, microfluidics, and computational image processing.
Created a pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PKPD) model to describe asymmetric mycobacterial growth.
Wrote custom MATLAB code for processing and statistical analysis of the experimental data. Used custom MATLAB code and SIMCA to link specific mycobacterial characteristics with antibiotic tolerance.
Conducted literature reviews to assist in determining most suitable research methods.
Primary manuscript author (currently in preprint).
