First chair experience in commercial litigation cases including multi-party actions in State and Federal Courts involving commercial, contract, employment, banking, and real estate; securities arbitrations and mediations for brokers and investors; acted as outside counsel for Fleet Mortgage for ten years regarding cases specific to banks or lenders. Clients include nationally recognized lenders, businesses and individuals. Residential and complex commercial real estate transactions.

Law Office, Westbury, New York (2011-2012): In addition to continuing private practice was the Managing Attorney of foreclosure defense/general litigation firm. Supervised and mentored attorneys, paralegals and clerks. In charge of firm's entire caseload. Duties included tracking several hundred cases in counties across New York, legal strategy, assignment of heavy motion practice and court appearances for conferences; handled all oral arguments and hearings, prepared and/or edited all motion papers, memoranda of law, stipulations, important correspondence and settlement papers before submission to court.
