My job included overseeing a staff of 5 jewelry consultants and running the entire store while maintaining five different sales metrics. I was in charge of Scheduling the staff and payroll, Onboarding new staff and training. I was also in charge of new merchandise visuals and preparation in accordance to planogram. I overseen all customer service issues relating to my store and made customer service my top priority.
