Develop and manage project schedules and budgets for construction projects including, ground-up, mixed-use, retail fit-outs, commercial, and residential major renovations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and sub-contractors to develop and implement design and construction plans accordingly.
Issuing RFPs and RFIs as requested and effectively managing the RFPs in process.
